After a brief consultation to determine your areas of focus our therapist will perform a massage for general muscle stimulation and the release of tension. Rhythmic pressure on acupressure points & deep tissue massage aids in accelerated recovery of the deepest layers of muscle, tendons and fascia tissue while boosting circulation for overall therapeutic healing.

Therapeutic Massage

Traditional Swedish-style relaxation movements are used to ease tension, improve body condition, reduce stress or anxiety and bring tranquil consciousness. It is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves actions like percussion, soft kneading, vibration, tapping or rolling and features only light pressure. Tranquility massage does not incorporate any trigger point release. If you have deep tension or precise areas of focus please select our Custom Therapeutic Massage to better suit your needs.
Swedish massage may help reduce symptoms of depression, stress, and anxiety.
