Everything really was amazing, staff seem knowledgeable, and the massage was great. I do wish my hair ended up really clean after the Japanese head spa though. It was so oily after I had no choice but to go home and wash it immediately. My friend went to a Japanese head spa before (not this one) and her hair was unbelievably clean and beautiful immediately after and for at least a week it stayed that way. All and all a wonderful experience though. I’d come back for other services but for the price wouldn’t do the head spa again.

Katie is phenomenal. She provided me with a lymphatic drainage massage it was very relaxing and extremely helpful. this is truly the most peaceful and relaxing environment that you may find in Tampa.

My experience was amazing I just loved it. Katie has such a sense of what I needed and gave me the best relaxing massage I could imagine . It's in a beautiful location on Westshore and inside the spa was just lovely. We had magical tea to enhance our experience. I cannot wait to visit the Compass Spa again.

My experience was wonderful. Arnaldo took the time to understand my soreness issues, and provided a massage that was different than any other I have had. That being said - it was wonderful. The tension in my neck was relieved, and he was very polite and continued to check to make sure the pressure was ok and whether I was experiencing any discomfort. I was sooo relaxed after I felt like jello. It was divine. I would highly recommend the Compass Spa for the time they took the treatment provided.
