My name is Alicia Lovell, I am certified Pilates Teacher. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise over 20yrs, to help more people feel pain free and more mobile through the principles of Pilates. T-Zone Pilates studio is a privately owned boutique studio where you can arrive in your grip socks, sandals, baggy clothes, uggies and totally feel comfortable just being you! I specialise in spinal health, Menopausal women, Pilates beginners and P.F, pregnancy to postnatal, rehabilitation, mental and well-being and posture improvement, physical fitness, post hysterectomy sessions.
