Massage

Please ONLY book if you have had an initial health consultation (by phone).  
Your first appointment  will allow me to assess your feet and plan your treatment.  You will lie down on a comfy couch and given a cosy blanket if you wish.  Please ensure you have comfy clothes on so that I can easily access your feet and lower legs.  
 I will examine your feet, wipe them clean, and then we will start on the reflexology treatment itself.  You will receive aftercare and will be advised on what reflexes I notice are out of balance.

This treatment focuses on your hands.  Using reflex points for general wellbeing and also focusing on the soft tissue of the hands this will allow your busy hands to feel far more relaxed. 
This is designed to give your hands the chance to move more freely and relieve aches from repetitive movement such as phone use and working on a computer.

Maternity massage and bodywork helps relieve tension in your neck, ribs, shoulders, legs, arms, wrists and ankles as well as being ideal for lower back or hip pain. If you need some time to relax and decompress whilst receiving a therapeutic treatment this is exactly what you need.  Prenatal sessions are focused and individualised to assist you in reaching deeply relaxed state, reduce the muscular aches and discomfort of pregnancy and enhance your circulation to you and your bump.
Suitable for all trimesters.

Pregnancy and Maternity Massage Therapy First Appointment

Massage therapy using a combination of Eastern and Western techniques including trigger point, Amma fusion, myofascial release, stretching.  This will help restore your range of movement, allow you to destress and help with muscle aches.  
Please note massage therapy is for women only unless I have had a personal referral.
