MLD is a gentle pressure massage, aimed at detoxing the body. Light, slow and rhythmic, MLD moves fluid away from any areas of swelling into places where the lymphatic system is working normally, with the use of massage, body brushing, soothing ice globes and an audiosonic gun if needed. 

This is a full body treatment, following lymph pathways, which is deeply relaxing and refreshing.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Targeted, NOT post op)

Using a combination of classic massage techniques and techniques using hot stones, which have been used to improve organ function and relieve pain for over 2000 years, this is a relaxing, warming treatment to aid the healing of both body and mind.

The heat from hot stones helps muscles become more pliable, allowing for a deeper and more profound sense of relaxation than a traditional massage alone. Warmth from the stones can ease muscle stiffness and tension more quickly than traditional massage, providing relief from chronic pain and muscle aches.

Full body hot stone massage

A tools based massage using cold pressed jojoba oil. Manual techniques, a blunt edged stainless steel gua sha, a Novasonic audiosonic massager, and silicone cups, will painlessly and effectively stimulate blood supply deep into the tissues of your face and neck, sculpting and lifting your features while releasing facial tension.

Ideal for lymphatic drainage in these areas, relaxation of the jaw, forehead and neck, helping to gently reduce fine lines and restore a youthful oval face shape.
