Hello, I am Katie / She Moves. Pilates. I offer Mat, Reformer & the Wunda Chair Pilates sessions from my home and garden studio in Ware Herts. I am Pre and Postnatal Pilates qualified. Your little ones (of any age!) are so super welcome to join your sessions! I have two children of my own and previously worked as a private nanny before changing careers, so I am more than happy to help so mummy can move. I am incredibly passionate about helping women feel strong through fun movement!
