The Cave is a wellness sanctuary designed to relax and rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul. Kira Alston RMT offers therapeutic, relaxation, hot stone, and pre/post-natal massages, with optional silicone cupping at no extra charge. Sauna and steam use must be booked separately through The Cave. Late cancellations and no-shows apply. Please note: Kira will be on maternity leave from March 19 to October 1, 2026; gift cards remain valid for use upon her return.
