Sauna Sessions

Restore your body with the perfect balance of heat and cool. Begin with the soothing warmth of the sauna to ease tension and support detoxification, then immerse in a refreshing 15°C plunge to awaken your system, boost circulation, and aid recovery. This gentle yet powerful contrast leaves you feeling energised, clear, and rebalanced.

Our private plunge pool is set at 15°C for a 3 - 7 minute session.  The Grounding Room's founder, Lee, has found through extensive research, that from recent studies, a 15°C temperature for cold plunging, is ideal for women & their constantly changing hormones.  We want your body to be in a state of rest, not fight & flight.
