Halo to Heel combines these two popular holistic therapies, allowing you to unwind, destress and rejuvenate. Treatment includes consultation, full 45 minute Reflexology treatment, 30 minutes Reiki, which can include crystals and oracle cards if this is your preference, and aftercare advice.

Distance Reiki healing is performed by a Reiki Practitioner when the client is not physically present. It is based on the ancient principle known as the 'Hermetic Law of Similarity', which states that we are all connected, as we are all made of energy and part of a larger whole. The Reiki Practitioner invokes the Distance Symbol to assist them in crossing time and space. This facilitates them in clearing any energy blockages that a person has. This is particularly useful if someone is unwell, if for some reason you cannot attend an appointment, or you wish to send Reiki healing to someone that you care about, as the person does not need to be physically present to receive the treatment. Treatment includes 30 minutes Reiki, plus approximately 10-15 minutes consultation and aftercare. Crystals may be used during this treatment.
