Asked for a hush cut (showed a pic for reference too). I think theyre not very familiar with the style in this branch and they said it's similar to a wolf cut (which is true, except shorter and edgier). I still ended up with a wolf cut, and my front pieces ended up too short for my liking. Was I disappointed? hm, yes. Do I hate it? Not really. I know it *might* end up looking like a hush cut when it gets longer but still, I wanted the hush cut now. Maybe a retraining with the stylists about the difference of the hush and the wolf cut can be considered.

The service itself was ok—the staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience pleasant. However, the result didn’t meet my expectations. For 11k, I believe I could have gotten a much better outcome at another salon. What’s more disappointing is that the hair color/balayage I received didn’t match what I was hoping for. This was my first time here, and I don’t plan on coming back. I’m confident I can get a much better result elsewhere. So while the service was good, the actual result just wasnt worth it for me.
