Sarah has a lovely space in her garden cabin. Finding it, parking and the room itself were all lovely, as is Sarah! Unfortunately, the BIAB I had was fairly underwhelming. I hate to be neg but feel it necessary as I booked with confidence having read the reviews, sadly I didn't have the same outcome. Removal of current BIAB filed down my own nail thin too, causing the UV lamp to burn. The BIAB was thick/ bulging uneven, which happens sometimes. However, it starting lifting on 5 nails after only 10 days, and chipped off on two after 15 days. Usually indestructible until week 5+!

Hi Laini, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m pleased to hear that you enjoyed the garden cabin, the space, parking and your overall experience of the setting. I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the longevity of your BIAB on this occasion. As with any nail treatment, retention can vary from person to person and can be influenced by a number of factors. With regards to the removal, I would just like to clarify that the product being removed was from a previous treatment that had not been applied by myself. When removing existing product, the condition and health of the natural nail underneath can be unpredictable depending on previous treatments and removal methods, so it isn’t always possible to know what condition the natural nail will be in until the existing product has been removed.
