I had a wonderful experience during my PMB Light Pod appointment. The space was clean, calming, and welcoming, and the staff was knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to explain the process and make sure I was comfortable. The session itself was deeply relaxing, and afterward I felt refreshed, less tense, and noticeably more energized, with even better sleep that night. You can truly tell they care about their clients’ well-being — I’ll definitely be back!
