This process involves placing a specially designed hollow candle inside the ear as far as comfortable. The candles contain honey, sage, St Johns wort and chamomile. The candle is then lit, resulting in a gentle suction and vacuum, drawing any impurities from the ear. A fire crackling sound may be heard and some gentle popping. The rising air gently massages the eardrum and helps regulate ear pressure. Then follows a sinus massage which helps clear any blockages from the sinuses helping to reduce sinus pressure, headaches and can also help reduce snoring.
