Ayurvedic Consult

The head, neck, and shoulders are massaged with herbal oil. Reducing tightness and stress around the neck and shoulder, especially when many of us are constantly on mobile phones and working hours on the computer. Furthermore, the head massage is deeply relaxing and nourishing for the scalp and hair. 

Head Massage

The face is massaged with a special Ayurveda serum that is made locally in Melbourne. 
Helps to nourish the facial skin, improve blood circulation, and lymphatic drainage, activate marma points, and clear the sinus.

Light steam is used on the face and a special element of surprise which will be revealed during the session.

This session will take up to 2 hours.

Specialized Treatment

Please note: Advisable to come for the session on a light stomach. Committed to do Reiki every month for 5 months, price is at $105. 

Reiki is gentle and non-invasive healing that focuses on sending energy to your body for optimum health.  Each session begins with a brief chat, and then you will be asked to lie on the massage bed fully clothed. A series of hand positions will be placed on or just above your body in a sequence. Unlike massage, there is no physical manipulation involved. 

You may experience heat, tingling, a pulsing sensation, or nothing at all, but the subtle healing is definitely happening where it is required. 
Benefits include

REIKI

Energy Healing

This is a 2-hour consultation that includes discussion, assessment, and recommendations. The goal here is to provide the appropriate recommendations for the client to implement and improve his/her health. 

This is an option if you don't want to do an 8-week Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program. 

1-day Ayurvedic Consultation

On day 1, an Assessment takes place to work out your basic Ayurvedic constitution and your current condition and imbalances, a discussion of your concerns and reason for your visit, and jointly exploring your health history and past treatment results. This process involves a comprehensive assessment based on Ayurveda principles. 

6-week Ayurveda Lifestyle Program - Day 1

On day 2, Planning & Recommendations – I will analyze the assessment results and offer recommendations based on your health concerns, goals, and your current condition. This is personalized to your specific needs intending to assist you in shifting from your current state of imbalance towards your optimum balance. Then together, you and I will establish a feasible program that you can implement to achieve your short-term and long-term health improvement goals. 

6-week Ayurveda Lifestyle Program - Day 2 

Final day after the 6th week – review and discuss the results and plan. Make changes if required. Aim – to follow through and maintain the plan and recommendations. Hooray, you did it!
