The treatment it's self was good. The therapist was really strong and gave a very good massage. However I was really disappointed to be harassed about payment as soon as I walked in the door. Apparently there was an issue with the app but it became the main focus of my appointment. Instead of welcoming me to the spa or therapist introducing herself. The traffic noise (especially in the rain) was very loud and made it hard to relax. I am not sure if you have other treatment rooms? Changing into the gown - there was no privacy from the road. I worried people at the bus stop could see me.
