Mat Pilates Group class, all levels welcome. We will be going through the Pilates basics from a Beginner Level with options to suit. This is a 50min class allowing groups of 12 people. We will be at Thompson House Gardens if the weather is fine, alternatively we have an indoor studio which the details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

This allows me to honour my time, energy, and the commitment for these classes.

Mat Pilates Saturday Class

This is a 1:1 Mat Pilates session with me, I will guide you through the levels from Beginner to Intermediate and Advanced for your suitability.

This service offers you and a friend a 2:1 instructed session, where you can book as a pair for the duration of 50 minutes. We will be focusing on core strength, stability, flexibility and posture with a range of exercises suitable for your fitness levels. With different levels offered throughout the session.
