Sports massage plays a vital role in aiding recovery, preventing injuries and optimising performance. Qualified level 4 sports therapist. It is recommended that new clients with an injury/problem area book an appointment of 60 minutes or longer to enable time for a full assessment, if you are a new client seeking a maintenance massage then any appointment length can be booked. Please avoid arriving any more than 10 minutes prior to appointment time. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
