Highly recommend. Felt great coming out of my session. Everything you need to recovery is here. Loved the normatic compression boots but used the hip attachment as a first tome user. Samantha  had amazing customer service which is rare these days and was helpful when I asked about the membership.

This appointment gives you access to the ice bath for up to 30 minutes as well as the use of the infrared sauna. during which you can enjoy the many benefits of cold and hot therapy. We provide a range of water temperatures, catering to both beginners (7-9°C) and experienced ice bathers (2-3°C). 

You are able to add up to 2 extra people per booking. If people that are being added to the booking are members, then no extra cost is incurred. If they are not, then the extra people need to pay the single session fee. 

Please wear appropriate attire and BYO towel or alternatively we have rental towels for $3.

We provide a range of water temperatures, catering to both beginners (10-12°C) and experienced ice bathers (4-6°C) and hot tub (38-40 degrees).
