Upper Lip

It is common to have some redness and discomfort following laser hair removal. Follow these aftercare techniques to ensure a quick and smooth recovery.

If your skin becomes inflamed as a result of the treatment, you can soothe it with a cold compress, aloe vera, or skin-soothing creams.
For at least two weeks before and after your laser treatment, avoid any harsh skin-renewing or exfoliating face treatments, such as microdermabrasion and chemical peels.
All unprotected sun exposure should be avoided. When going outside throughout the day, use sun-protective apparel or sunscreen.
For the next 24 hours, avoid sweating, strenuous exercise, and the use of deodorant.
Avoid using jacuzzis, saunas, steam rooms, or hot showers for 24 to 72 hours following your treatment.
To reduce irritation, we usually recommend waiting ten days following your laser hair removal procedure before shaving again.
