Visit Adelaide's oldest Gym, Powerhouse Gym established along Churchill Road in Prospect since 1976. We are only 5mins from the CBD with members access from 4am until 1am. All casual visits, walk ins and consultations are by appointment only, please see the links provided. "The House" is filled with a mix of old school, plate & pin loaded machines & custom equipment. Boxing, powerlifting, functional training and cardio machines included.
