Fabio is a great therapist: I was severely blocked due to a seriously flared-up back and I was in terribile pain. 
Spasms at night didn't leave me sleep properly.
He performed a deep tissue massage and this reduced the contractions to my spine and lower back. It also relieved the pain and sense of stiffness.
I had a speedy recovery and was able to go back to work  just two days after!

Very good treatment with Fabio. I opted for a 60 minute sports massage to alleviate tightness in lower back. Fabio was very professional and knowledgeable throughout and I feel looser following the treatment. I would recommend Fabio and will likely return if tightness returns. Fabio also provided tailored stretching videos to act as a preventative measure to avoid the tightness from reoccurring.
