Great experience with Amber  she was very professional and helpful. She managed to fit my puppy in very quickly who was badly matted with knots and needed a full groom asap. I was really impressed when I collected my puppy Bonnie to see she was fully groomed smelling gorgeous and had a really cute pink bandana on her neck for finishing touches.  Amber also sent me a courtesy message the next day to see how Bonnie was after her groom and gave me aftercare advice to help her hair grow back nicely. 
I will 100 percent be using her services again.

Get your fur baby off to the right start to a life of stress-free grooming with puppy introduction grooms! It is recommended starting puppy grooms soon as they have had their second jags. 
Puppy grooms are as much about the groom as they are about de-sensitising them to all the equipment & noises. 

Puppy groom includes a gentle bath for sensitive skin. A full body blow-dry with plenty of cuddles to make them feel safe, ear cleaning, nail trimming, sanitary trim, a face trim, feet trim & spritz of perfume as well as a certificate and treat. 

I recommended a minimum of 3 puppy grooms before introducing your fur baby to their full groom.
