Ochroma Home Sauna, is the only full-spectrum infrared sauna available to the public in Brighton. We offer tailored 75 minute sessions which include; 20-45 minutes in the sauna- with your choice of music and lighting, a private washroom, hot/cold drinks and additional wellness activities, all in a comfortable home setting. If you need to fully detoxify, just want to get rid of a few spots and sleep a bit better, or want to try something new - our sauna is the one for you.
