Sports Massage Therapist providing professional treatments from my clinic within Lavant House, West Lavant, nestled in the beautiful West Sussex Countryside close to Chichester and a short drive along the B2146/West Stoke Road from Havant and surrounding areas. My main focus is to improve your body's soft tissue and maximise its function, helping you to move and feel better. Despite the title, Sports Massage is suitable for all.
