Reiki Energy healing combined with relaxing massage

We will work on with your muscles and go through your troubled areas, pains and aches but as well this will be an experience of calming your nervous system, relaxing the muscles and get your mind a well deserved rest. The goal is to feel revived after the session. 

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioner use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. 

Combining the two amazing ways of taking care of your mind and body. 

You will feel so very relaxed after this very powerful treatment where you mind and body will get the well deserved rest it needs. 

Reiki Energy Healing and Massage COMBINED

Reflexology is a body balancing treatment that will be applied to the feet, hands or Face. You will get a massage to your feet, hands or face and pressing acu points that reflex to the other body and we can possible see if there is some imbalances in some parts. Also if no problems it is a very relaxing treatment and you might even fall asleep during the session. 

Appointments all include 5 minutes interview before and after time for payment and aftertalk, so the actual treatment time is 5 minutes less. 


Reflexology

Relaxing classical massage is not as hard massage as sport massage/Deep tissue Massage and it is to calm your nervous system with the reviving techiniques in Spa like holistic massage. The pressure of the massage will be of course adjusted for the customers liking. (Harder Sports like or Deep tissue  massage cost 8 euros more)

You can add one essential oil of your choosing with the massage or treatment experience. It will be used in the massage oil or an aroma diffuser to get the whole benefit of these beautiful scents that are beneficial in so many ways soaking through skin and of course through the smell. 

Essencial oil add on

Indian head massage is an ancient way of control stress by massaging the head and scalp and shoulders. Normally client sit on a chair when the massage is done. 

It is a very gentle way of a massage and is very relaxing and will leave you If your mind clear and revitalized. It is called in the Western world Stress Wash for the mind. 

If you have any head or neck injuries please inquiry first from the massage practitioner, if it's safe to to this kind of treatment. 


Indian Head Massage

Consultation always included in the time. We look what the client needs at this moment to feel better or get rid of any discomfort or just to get a full relaxation moment. We will choose a range of essential oils that could benefit the client and use them in the massage oil and do a full body relaxing massage with these amazing and beneficial essential oils. 


Aromatherapy Relaxing Massage

Deep relaxation, combined relaxing massage in the upper body and indian head massage to go to a deeper lever of relaxation. Duration of the treatment is 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Balancing your body function with Reflexology and Full Relaxation with full body Massage (head to toe) with consultation 10 minutes so all together 2 hours. Full massage to the neck, face, back and legs and reflexology for the feet. This will make you relaxed and balances your body and the state of mind. Great way to try Reflexology with Massage if normally you prefer a massage and also great way to get a very deep state of relaxation. Be ready to fall a sleep or be very relaxed in this treatment.

My massage is meant to be more relaxing, and not deep tissued. How ever if you wish so, I will charge you for a deep tissue massage more.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioner use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Reiki differs from other touch therapies in that there is no pressure, massage or manipulation involved.

Reiki treatment typically last about 50 minutes. During a session, you’ll lie on a massage table fully clothed, as the reiki practitioner gently places their hands, palms down, on or just above your body in specific energy locations.

Most people feel very relaxed and peaceful during reiki treatment, and many fall asleep during the process.

Reiki Energy Healing

A Tibetan sound bowl is a type of bowl that vibrates and produces a rich, deep tone when played. Also known as singing bowls or Himalayan bowls. Tibetan sound bowls promote relaxation and offer powerful healing properties. Buddhist monks have long used Tibetan singing bowls in meditation practice for thousands of years. 

During sound bowl treatment, you will lie on the treatment table with your clothes on, while the practitioner creates sounds by tapping the metal bowls with a wooden stick along the edge of the bowl. The Sound bowls cause a vibration, which spreads from the bottom of the bowl over the entire body and by sound to calm your brain waves.

Tibetan Sound Bowl Massage

Just like an in-person Reiki session, you will receive Energy healing but in the comfort of where ever you are at your home or house or hotel where ever you are at that moment.Time can be agreed also different than available

You have to book the time though in advance by sending me also a message, or after you have booked I will contact you for the details how it works.

In the treatment client will rest in a comfortable position (i.e on bed or on a sofa) abt. a hour. Before the treatment i will guide your by either sending email or messages how to receive it and how to act durining.
After that, the client shall turn off any electrical devices for the duration of the session and lay down or sit upright comfortably. The treatment usually is very relaxing and you might fall a sleep during. 

After the Distant healing treatment, I will send a report afterward of the healing session anything that may have come up during the remote session.

Meditation is a great tool to make you feel more relaxed, focused, reduce stress or to help with sleep. Your one-on-one private meditation class will give you guided meditation session and give you tools how to practise meditation or mind ´fullness in everyday life. 

This is great if you have a stress or just in general feel like something is missing from your life. It helps to keep focused and enjoy more life for the non-stressers too.

This private class is great if you don't want to come to a group meditation and to get and one on one introduction to the world of meditation and mind fullness and get a moment to relax and listen to yourself.

- 1 x 1 hour AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE -> For your muscles, joints and the brain sensors through scents (3 of essential oils) that are just chosen for you and your situation
- 1 x 1 hour REFLEXOLOGY FOR FEET -> For your internal organs and glands to get your body to function better and get overall balance. (And as a nice side effect you will have light feet)
- 1 x 1 hour REIKI ENERGY HEALING OR  1 x45 min TIBETAN HEALING BOWL SOUND BATH -> This is for the healing of the energy flow in your body and your mind and soul
