This is INK London's Acygel Sync - a hybrid gel product that encompasses the best qualities of acrylic and gel. Can be used for short to medium extensions or as an overlay - a great alternative to builder gel where more strength is required/preferred. (This is my go to product for my own nails as an overlay, beautifully thin yet super strong and hard wearing)
