AYM combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breath-work and yoga stretching.  Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is performed on a mat allowing for a full range of stretching. In addition; the deep tissue massage dissolves physical tension, while the assisted stretches and breath exercises realign the body and stimulate the natural flow of energy. 
A topical ayurvedic herb is applied to the skin with a small amount of oil and acts a blood detoxifier and nerve tonic.
These techniques incorporate the use of the hands and feet as tools for massage.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage

Bamboo canes replace therapists hands and is used to give a deep firm massage to relieve
stress, muscle tension and aches and pains. However, a therapist might also apply some other alternative therapy techniques such as Ayurveda, or lymphatic drainage alongside the bamboo massage fusing them together.
Recommended for fatigue, chronic stress,
and lack of energy, it is customized to suit
your needs. It is also beneficial for back pain
resulting from muscle tension.

the soles of the feet, combined with massage
of the toes, ankles, and calves. The Oriental

toxins. Thai foot massage detoxifies the

sleep. Regular treatments help to relieve

Thai foot Massage

Topical application (compress) of medicated herbal oil with essential oils. It can help reduce stiffness, swelling and inflammation. 
It can be done cold or with application of heat. 
This therapy is beneficial for sports injuries and most musculoskeletal issues.
