Being a lover of all things outdoors and extreme sports I have spent many years focusing on the bodies needs, and ways to improve its functions. Having been intrigued with the human body since a young age. Purely fascinated with how and why it works. My peaked interest in the human body paved way to start making the journey through schooling to become a licensed massage therapist. And add in licenses on the spa side.
