If you are running late you are required to let me know as soon as possible. Alternately, if I am running late, I will let you know at the earliest possible time. You will be charged a fee of £10 for every 10 minutes you are late, which will need to be paid before you leave the appointment, via bank transfer. If you are late by 30 minutes or more, even after making me aware of this, your appointment will not go ahead and you will not be refunded any of the payment.
