Welcome to Leggett’s 121 Losers, my name is Jody and I have successfully lost 6 stone on The 1:1 Diet. I am a working mum, who has struggled with my weight since I was 13 years old, which means I have spent over 25 years trying and failing at diets, until I found The 1:1 Diet. So, what changed?
