My appointment was at 5:30pm. She messaged at 5:05 saying she was running behind, but I was already driving. I arrived at 5:15 and replied that I was in the car park. She said she’d be ready by 5:40, but I wasn’t seen until 6pm. She explained her previous client was late, but it pushed my whole appointment back. The tint was done after the lift, and when I got home I noticed tint left on my eyelids, which I didn’t expect from a professional service.
