Phil has always been friendly, on-time and professional. Good memory, you will not need to explain your haircut every time you sit on thr cair unless you plan to change the haircut style. He will have you in and out of the barber chair. Does not waste time

Phil has always been professional and years of experience cutting hair. Keeps time as scheduled and you are in and out of the chair faster than any barber I know and he gets it right the 1st time.
