Following your first initial consult and treatment this service is to provide ongoing treatment or for a 'maintenance' treatment plan.
It can also be included into your training and recovery program.

Remedial Massage Full Body 1 hr

Manual Therapy methods are used to improve joint mobility, reduce pain and inflammation. Techniques are also used to  enhance function and movement. 
Sessions can include scrapping, cupping, deep tissue, stretch, heat and remedial massage. 
Treatment depends on location and diagnosis.

Young athletes need drills and skills to improve their craft. Running, jumping, hand and eye coordination along with agility and mobility is the focus here. Over the 4 sessions will strip back the fundamentals and build a strong foundation. Starting with education around a dynamic warm up, speed, agility, strength and the imporance of mobility. A mobile and strong torso (KORE/Hips) is the powerhouse behind strong athletes. We will also introduce boxing and some education pieces around the importance of sleep, mindset, nutrition and recovery. 

Hydration and some snacks will be provided each session.

We will discuss your daily routine and why/where your discomfort maybe coming from and if we can help.

We will release fascia and muscles and possibly prescribe a plan going forward to live a comfortable and pain free life.

At Kore HQ we take into consideration your lifestyle, your training, your work habits and your competition load. 
We also talk about any past injuries, accidents or surgeries that could impact your body mechanics now.

While we would like to jump in and treat you straight away, we want to know what the body is telling you and why.

Remedial massage at Kore HQ is about creating space, improving mobility, management of soft tissue disfunction, stretching and strengthening and also pain management.
Treatment plans and session inclusions will be discussed before treatment begins.
For full body remedial massage you will be asked to undress to your underwear so please wear appropriate undergarments and be clean.
You will be covered with towels during the session for your comfort and privacy.
If you have any concerns or questions please discuss.
