Method:
Our signature grounding ritual commences the experience leading into deep cleanse and exfoliation to slough away built up debris, hydrating mist is spritzed to accelerate hydration before a Dermalux light therapy session to promote collagen production, healing and cellular energy delivering a radiant glow...


As you slip into a meditative state a relaxing massage of the feet, calves, décolletage, arms and hands is performed to balance the nervous system and release tension. An enzyme or acid peel is applied followed by a multivitamin infusion, enhanced with a contouring fascia massage , stimulating blood flow and focusing on defining your features, lifting and sculpting the jawline, cheekbones and brows.

The Contour 

The Brazilian lymph massage has been designed by Kelli Reginatto, utilising effective Brazilian Lymphatic techniques to stimulate the lymphatic system to deliver a complete detox in your body, improving immune function and enhancing overall well-being.


This massage involves a unique combination of gentle and firm movements with therapeutic and relaxation benefits. 

Beginning with gentle, rhythmic strokes varying in pressure to stimulate lymphatic flow, improve circulation and reduce inflammation. 

This helps the lymph to release toxins and fluid retention, delivering a more sculpted and toned appearance.

The Brazilian Lymph (60mins)

Led Light treatments are non-invasive treatments that uses clinically proved therapeutic light energy to trigger the skins natural rejuvenation and repair processes without pain or downtime.  From the first treatment, blood flow and circulation is increased to restore vitality and hydration levels in the skin, leaving you revitalised and glowing.


A treatment course offers cumulative benefits and can be targeted to specific skin concerns for the face and body with lasting and visible improvement.


Method:

This treatment commences with nourishing skin cleanse and exfoliation. Whilst the LED is on a massage of the head, neck, décolletage, arms, hands and feet is performed for deep relaxation. Skin is massaged with an array of antioxidant serums and moisturised to lock in hydration.

 LED Light Therapy

A deep tissue massage focused on targeting specific areas of pain or discomfort in the back of the body. Utlilising deep fascia release techniques and hot stones it works to relieve tension, knots and adhesions that can cause pain, stiffness and restricted movement in the muscles. Highly effective in managing pain and improving overall health and well-being.

This signature experience is a customised skin treatment, curated over 8 years of worldwide research and development by our founder Sara Wells, designed to deliver a healthy and radiant glow.  A classical facial blended with scientific ingredients, botanicals and the unique Sara Wells Collagen boosting massage.


Method:


Our signature grounding ritual commences the experience followed by a deep cleanse and chemical or physical exfoliation to remove build up and reveal revitalised skin. A targeted mask is then applied to treat multiple skin concerns and nourish the skin with a range of botanicals. While the mask soaks, the body is nurtured with our signature foot and calf massage, followed by a nourishing facial massage, utilising gua sha tools to support facial tone, structure and circulation. Leading into a deep scalp and neck massage, skin is then prepped with serum to replenish and moisturised to lock in hydration.

 The Original Touch 

This multi dimensional skin experience includes a synergy of Japanese techniques, hot stones, signature mask application, Guasha tools and lymphatic activation to help lift, sculpt and define the face. 
The Kobido Sculpt treatment incorporates manual face sculpting and lymphatic drainage massage. An hour dedicated to releasing tension and rolling out the tissues by utilising a deep understanding of facial fascia and how it holds onto tension, Commonly referred to as a non surgical facelift, Sara uses a variety of techniques and elements to allow the nervous system to relax and the facial muscles to release, a truely unique experience.
Facial sculpting is designed to help improve the appearance of the face promoting a toned, supple and hydrated look. It can also help reduce puffiness, detox the skin, clear the lymph and improve skin texture through optimising the function of our facial muscles.

The Brazilian Lymph (90mins)

The active is a non-invasive procedure that uses a combination of ultrasound waves to break down and dissolve unwanted fat cells...

These waves create microscopic bubbles in the fat cells, which eventually burst and release their contents into the bloodstream where they are metabolised and eliminated by the body. We then combine this treatment with another machine that works by heating up the epidermal and dermal layers of the skin stimulating the production of collagen and elastin and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as improving the texture and tone of the skin. Radio frequency can be used on the face, neck, and body to treat a variety of skin concerns, including sagging skin, wrinkles, and cellulite.

The treatment is painless and often requires multiple sessions to achieve desired results depending on the individuals’ goals and concerns. It is recommended to compliment these treatments with a healthy diet to assist contouring and inch loss in your body.

The Grounding 

Reflexology is a massage technique used on the feet and is believed to stimulate blood flow and bring healing and tension relief to specific areas and organs of the body.
