'Canto Wellness’ is a zen haven of calm 5 minutes from the sand in Avoca Beach, NSW. Canto is a facilitated private wellness sanctuary which has been creatively and passionately designed by myself - a specialist interior designer & artist, focusing on natural design elements which is proven to help circadian rhythm and ‘resetting’ your Vagus Nerve, Once you step inside, feel instantly connected and reset. Canto is available to Hire both to the general public and facilitators. This week we are opening 'Walk-Ins' where you're invited to book the space for 1-4 people with unlimited use of our chromotherapy Infrared sauna, outdoor plumbed shower and ice plunge (set at a call but not iced, 7 degrees) for 90mins. Book in as a single, couple or groups of up to four are welcome. No staff, no strangers - just you and the space.
 The entire house and facilities is also available for overnight rental at weekends… And we don’t mean half the weekend -where you can’t check in til after 2pm on a Friday and then have your weekend rudely disrupted by having to leave by 10am on Sundays. That's not Wellness! Bespoke, 'out the box' bookings also available. We look forward to meeting you!
