Deep tissue eases pain, tension, numbness, and frozen shoulder. Lymphatic drainage supports healing and recovery after cosmetic surgery. I also provide counselling, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to reduce anxiety and trauma, NLP to improve mindset, and Reiki healing to restore balance and relaxation.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a gentle way to release stress, anxiety, or emotional pain by tapping with your fingers on certain points on the face and body. These points help calm the nervous system and bring balance when emotions feel too heavy.

In a session, I gently guide you to talk about what’s bothering you—old memories, fears, sadness, or tension—while we tap together. It’s simple, safe, and deeply healing. You don’t need to hide or be strong. You can just be yourself, and let go.

EFT is helpful for anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, anger, grief, and even physical pain. It can bring up old emotions that need to be released—but always gently, and with care.

After a session, many people feel lighter, calmer, and more clear. Like something heavy has finally lifted. If you’ve been feeling stuck or carrying something for too long, EFT is a beautiful way to feel free again—one breath, one tap at a time.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing where I use my hands to help your body and mind feel more balanced, calm, and clear. You stay fully dressed and just relax while I place my hands lightly on or near your body. The energy goes where it's needed to release stress, tension, or stuck emotions.

Reiki can help with anxiety, low energy, sadness, or physical pain. Many people feel warmth, tingling, or deep peace during the session. Afterward, you may feel lighter, more relaxed, and more connected to yourself.

I have a natural gift in my hands—I can often feel where there’s pain or blocked energy in the body, and gently help release it. This gift has been passed down from my mother and grandmother, and I use it with care and love.

Reiki is perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired, or just need space to rest, heal, and feel supported from the inside out.

You don’t need to have the right words or know where to begin. This is a space for you to breathe, release, and just be. The combination of massage and gentle conversation can bring deep relief—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Using light, flowing strokes, it stimulates the lymphatic system to clear waste and excess fluid. It’s ideal for those feeling bloated, tired, or recovering from illness or stress. It’s especially helpful after surgery—including plastic and aesthetic procedures like tummy tucks, liposuction, or breast lifts—reducing puffiness, bruising, and speeding up recovery. The pressure is soft and calming, not deep, making it perfect for sensitive or healing bodies. It also supports the immune system, reduces inflammation, and helps you feel lighter, clearer, and more balanced. You might choose this massage if you're holding fluid, healing from surgery, or just need a reset. It’s a deeply restorative treatment for both body and mind.

Lymphatic Drainage massage 

Deep tissue massage is a focused treatment that works into the deeper layers of muscles and fascia to release long-held tension. Using slow, firm pressure, it helps with chronic pain, stiffness, and posture-related tightness. It’s especially helpful for neck and shoulder pain, or if you feel tension that travels into the arms—like numbness, tingling, or electric shock sensations. These can often be caused by tight muscles pressing on nerves.

During the session, I work slowly and carefully, targeting knots and tension without causing harm—just enough pressure to release what’s stuck. You stay connected to your body as we ease into the deeper layers together.
