I have been visiting Essence massage for approx 6 years now - mainly for preventative treatment but having had a 30 year lower back problem, it is always a great place to go when my back goes. Kathryn is very highly trained in sports massage and is always very welcoming and puts you at your ease. Lovely surroundings too in her shepherds hut - warm and comfortable. 5 star recommendation..
