Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that uses slow strokes and deep pressure to target the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. It's often used to treat musculoskeletal problems, such as:

A prenatal massage is similar to a Swedish massage, but with modifications to ensure the safety and comfort of the mother and baby. A trained therapist uses gentle pressure and movement to manipulate muscles and soft 
tissues.

Lymphatic drainage is the process by which the body's lymphatic system filters waste and bacteria, and returns lymph fluid to the heart. It is a lighter form of massage, which is beneficial to the body’s immune system.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. This session incorporates massage with cupping throughout the body depending on the needs and areas desired to be address, they can can be dynamic with movement or stationary.
