Our infrared sauna provides a deeply penetrating heat at a lower, more comfortable, temperature to traditional saunas with all the health benefits.

1 Sauna 

Remedial massage is a therapy that aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile. Remedial massage is used to locate and repair damaged areas of the body and speed up the body's own healing processes. Can be claimed through private health care through HICAPS with Dee, Kerri and Helen only. 

Remedial - 60 Minutes

This massage technique uses specific and intuitive methods to calm the nervous system, increase circulation and release tension in muscles to create a truly relaxing experience. 

Relaxation 60 minutes

Myotherapy uses assessment, manual treatment and exercise prescription to alleviate pain, manage injuries and restore musculoskeletal complaints. 

Helen uses a wide range of techniques including massage, cupping, dry needling, joint mobilisations, remedial massage and movement to assist in the treatment of acute and chronic pain. 

Myotherapy can help with headaches, migraines, painful or limited mobility within the body, pain in the upper body including shoulders, wrists, elbows, arms and upper back. Pain or injury in the lower body including glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves and lower back issues including sciatic pain and is able to provide relief for general muscle aches.

The MIZAN Therapy sessions includes a up to 60-minute consult, a report of recommendations, lifestyle, nutritional support, and use of the self-care tools (castor oil pack, pelvic steaming, abdominal binding and self-care massage) if necessary. It is vital that forms are completed prior to appointment to ensure the therapist can take a thorough look at your responses.

A facial massage involves stimulating pressure points on the head, face, neck and shoulders. We use oils, face rollers, and a gua sha tool alongside our hands to gently provide your face and surrounding area with massage.

The Island Dreamer is the big sister to our Mini Dreamer. 90 minutes of heaven as you begin with a 60 minute relaxation massage, giving each body part the time it needs to melt those spots of tension away. Then moving onto having one of our unique 30 minute facial massage.
