I am an intuitive energy worker and consider myself more of a guide than a healer, guiding the body and mind to initiate its own healing processes. Through the modalities of reiki, meditation, and qigong I help align the energy systems of the body and bring you to a greater sense of relaxation and harmony. I can adapt our session according to your needs and desires and am happy to offer a package of sessions from different modalities if you wish. For example, a half hr meditation session followed by a half hr or hr reiki session. I also offer 1 to 1 taichi qigong sessions in your own home.
