A case history will be taken and together we will establish a realistic outcome from your sessions/work with us. Some therapy will be introduced.

This is for any session booked after ‘Session One’. In these sessions we will unpick and explore further what was discussed in the first session. A variety of techniques (as noted above) will be used to help us work towards your desired outcome.
