I had booked a package - 30min sauna & 60min relaxation massage. The sauna light was so bright above my head and couldn’t turn it off. Massage was deep tissue instead. The lady was very sweet but did not speak any English so I couldn’t communicate and tell her the areas I’d like to focus on or that a did not want her to use her elbows. At checkout they tried to charge me $10 more. They seemed completely unaware of my booking too.

Sarah gives the absolute best massage. My husband and I both booked in. As athletes, we are particular with our massages. My husband in particular is especially picky and found Sarah's massage technique so phenomenal that he will not go to anyone else from now on.
