At this appointment we will go through an in-depth analysis of your injury or complaint, health history, movement patterns and joint assessments to identify the root cause of your discomfort and develop a personalised treatment plan before moving onto the massage itself. 

The length of consultation and massage will vary depending on the complexity of your complaint(s). This is an ideal way to start a block of treatments.
