Most of us hold our main tensions in our neck, back & shoulders Swedish massage is an invigorating massage which incorporates the use of kneading, tapping, percussion & smoothing the muscles of the back neck & shoulders to ease this tension & improve range of movement.

Reflexology is an ancient practise of applying varying pressures to the feet, hands, face or ears to encourage the bodies natural healing responses. 

It is a relaxing & non invasive therapy which works in a similar way to acupuncture/accupressure.

This treatment is designed to help with location of chronic back problems, first I begin with a relaxing reflexology treatment focussed on the spine dependent on the areas of your spine which are sensitive will depend on the massage I perform on your back with emphasis on the same areas indicated by your feet.

This is a beautiful treatment beginning with crystal placement on your chakra points, the crystals then go to work on your energy points while you receive a relaxing foot reflexology treatment.

Chakra balancing is a non invasive treatment (clothes on) I set an intention for the treatment, & determine with a pendulum which chakras are blocked. Crystals are then placed onto the chakra points contained in & just around the body.
The crystals stay in place while I work with your subtle energy to bring balance & harmony to your energy field.

Crystal healing

This treatment combines both Reiki & crystal healing, during this treatment we will first discuss what it is you are seeking to gain from the session i.e relief from grief, depression, general uplifting etc. 

I will choose your crystals & then begin the treatment in accordance with your aim. While you are receiving your reiki treatment the crystals will be going to work on your mail chakra points, once the reiki is finished I will then charge your crystals with the intention for treatment.

The cups are made of soft food grade silicone, suitable for all skin types their use brings fresh blood to the surface of the skin to encourage blood flow, lymphatic drainage & improve the evenness of skin tone. 

Cupping can be extremely helpful to reducing sinus pressure, pain from teeth grinding, bells palsy, can improve scarring & improve circulation in the face.

Facial cupping can also be used for aesthetic purposes to reduce signs of ageing, improving fine lines & wrinkles or plumping up the lips. Safe & chemical free a fabulous alternative to botox, fillers etc. 

Facial reflexology & Cupping

This express version of facial reflexology provides a short version of the full facial treatment with concentration on the main organs & systems of the body such as respiratory & endocrine systems. 

A lovely treatment for a lunch break or for those times when you just need a mini tune up.

Express facial reflexology

Facial reflexology works in the same way as foot reflexology in that your face 'maps' your body. 

Facial reflexology is particularly beneficial for those suffering migraine, bruxism, bells palsy & chronic sinus conditions, among other things.

Traditionally the treatment uses oil in the hair, however this is optional please inform me if you do not wish to have oil.

Indian head aromatherapy massage

A beautifully unique treatment specifically designed to relieve tension from the upper body, improve lymphatic drainage & cleanse your subtle energy.

During this treatment you may be fully clothed, I would recommend you wear a singlet under your clothes so I may access your shoulders.
