Based on an ancient Chinese therapy, cupping is applied to accupuncture points as well as parts of the body that have been affected by pain. Cupping is based on the meridien theory of the body so removes stagnant energy and opens the meridiens so that energy can flow freely. Cupping is also known to help activate the lymphatic system, promote blood circulation and good for deep tissue repair. Massage of the limbs, back, head, neck and shoulders is included to deeply relax and restore the body.

Went too Emma this morning as I was in so much pain. She works magic , I feel better than I was as it was hard too walk from the pain in my back . Well when I stood up Least I could walk better . Emma your amazing and Thankyou for this morning. I see you soon. Jo x

I always feel so great after my massage with Emma, today was no exception. I also tried the shakti mat for the first time during my treatment. Even though I was nervous to try it, I found that it complemented the massage well and I can already feel a difference in my muscles. Im already looking forward to my next visit when I will be trying out a new treatment.
