Fine lines and wrinkles are produced by facial muscles repeatedly over a period of time. Botulinum Toxin or 'Botox' is injected into the muscle in therapeutic quantities. We use heat (thermolysis) for cauterisation, this makes it a suitable treatment and removal of a variety of different blemishes or skin lesions. 
The removal can be instant or may take a few treatments, on some occasions. The great advantage of using heat, is that it reduces the likelihood of marks or scars.

As thermolysis cauterises, it far out weighs cryotherapy as a treatment. The difference is that it treats the root, so the blemish will not grow back.
