A 90min therapeutic treatment in the comfort of your own space! I will being my table, linens, oils, and everything else I need. You just bring me your stress and worries, your aches and pains-plan to leave them on the table! The focus in this treatment is hands on bodywork: Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage, Reiki, and perhaps some Cupping or Gua Sha-we will discuss your needs and areas of focus. This is my signature treatment, a beautiful dance of Body Work and Chinese Medicine. This treatment will take your healing experience to a whole new level! My goal in this treatment is to resolve any concerns and imbalances you may have, but to also give you a vacation from life! 

2 hr. Therapeutic Massage and Acupuncture Treatment

The number one question I get is, "what is acupuncture actually good for?" My answer, "everything and anything!" Together we will sit down and discuss your concerns. I will look at your tongue and take your pulse, gathering information on what imbalances are causing 'di-ease' in your body. Together we will create a treatment plan that will bring you back into balance and bring you backing into a state of deep relaxation. My goal with this treatment is to give you a vacation from life! 
What the treatment 'looks' like: We will begin with needles in the back shu points. These affect the physical organs and the emotions attached to them. After I take the needles out, you have the option of massage, Reiki, or cupping, Then, you will turn over and we will use the rest of the time on the points on ihefront of the body.

How the Technique works Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses light pressure to mobilise the lymphatic system, which lies directly beneath the skin.
