The technician then files down and reshapes the existing AcryGel, focusing especially on the regrowth area near the cuticles. This process ensures that the overlay continues to adhere well to the natural nail and maintains a smooth and even surface.

After reshaping, a fresh layer of AcryGel is applied, particularly focusing on the regrowth area to seamlessly blend it with the existing enhancement. This restores the overlay's strength and structure, ensuring it looks as good as new. The overlay is then cured under a UV or LED lamp.
