Please try to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
**DESPOSIT MADE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE**

Arriving 20 minutes after your appointment will result in your appointment being automatically CANCELLED or can be RESCHDULED to the next available time or date.

You can reschedule 24 hours before your appointment for any available date and time.

Arriving late to your appointment will be subject to a late fee being added to your balance as follows: 
10 minutes = $10 
15 minutes = $15 


Cancellations, Rescheduling  & Late Fees

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your service cost is required for ALL bookings at least 2 days before your appointment to secure your slot.

Deposits can be made via Cash (in person) or Bank Transfers (BOSVG or GECCU).

Balance MUST be paid at your appointment in Cash or Bank Transfer.

Banking information will be provided when booking.
