I’m an Integrative Massage Therapist and Energy Worker with over 24 years of experience. My journey began in the 90s with a deep love for essential oils, leading me to study Aromatherapy and Remedial Massage in 2000. Since then, I’ve trained in Reiki, Shiatsu, Cranio-Sacral, and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. I work intuitively with body, mind, and spirit, blending techniques to create a healing space that supports deep relaxation, balance, transformation and reconnection to self.
